How they work

A free-for-all on one map at a set time. Every player kill there counts toward the standings.

1 Check the event Map, start time and level range are on this page. You get an in-game announcement 1 hour 15 minutes before it starts.
2 Go to the map While it runs, just be on the event map. There is no sign-up.
3 Kill players A kill counts when both players are inside the level range, on the event map.
4 Get your prize Most kills wins. The top 3 get prizes, everyone who took part may get one too. They come by in-game mail.

Ctrl + ~ Live standings in game Top 5, your rank and the time left, without leaving the game. It updates by itself. Press Ctrl + ~ again to hide it.

Free, just for being there

Free Puppet Protector

Everyone on the event map gets a free ZXPH PvP Event Prot puppet stack. It is used before your own puppets when you die, and disappears when you leave the map or log out. Got nothing because you were already there when it opened? Leave the map and come back.

ZXPH Watsonya

An event shop on the map while the event runs: potions, Exoneration and Iron Vindication packs, Tiger and Turtle Ice, all for gold.

Fair play: these kills don't count

Your own charactersA kill on another character of your own account.
Same internet connectionThe killer and the victim play from the same internet connection.
Two fighters from one connectionTwo accounts from the same internet connection fighting on the event map at the same time (within about 2 minutes of each other).
Farming one playerMore than 3 kills in a row on the same player. Killing someone else resets the count.
Too many kills on one playerMore than 15 kills on the same player in one event.

They still show in the kill list, but they are left out of the standings and the prizes.

Questions

Where can I see the standings?

In game: press Ctrl + ~ for the Event Standings window, with the top 5, your rank and the time left. It updates by itself while the event runs. And here on the Events page, live, with recent kills and kill streaks.

Can I switch characters during an event?

Yes. One connection, one fighter at a time: fight with one character, log out, fight with another. You just can't have two characters from the same connection fighting at the same time.

My brother or sister and I play from the same house. Or I play at an internet café.

Message a GM on Discord and tell us who plays from your connection. Once a GM has marked your connection as a verified household or café, you can fight in the same event at the same time. Open Discord →

Why didn't my prize arrive right away?

Usually it arrives a few minutes after the event ends. If a kill broke a fair play rule, the prizes wait for a GM to check the event, then go out from the fair standings. You don't need to do anything.
